I am a fully qualified and BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Coach. I am warm, client-focused, and committed to providing support to a diverse range of clients. We are all unique. That’s why as an integrative counsellor I draw from a number of theories and apply different tools and techniques depending on the individual I am working with. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental setting where my clients are welcome to bring and explore anything of importance to them. I support them to process their issues and deal with them, change their thoughts and behaviour, plan and achieve their goals, and move forward.
I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, anger management, relationship difficulties, etc.

What services do you provide?
I provide psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching. I’ll support you to process the issues you are struggling with and deal with them, look into the past if necessary and find where any unhelpful patterns or limiting beliefs might stem form, I’ll help you to start changing your thoughts and/or behaviour if you believe it’s needed, plan and achieve your goals, and move forward with your life.
What does Integrative mean?
Integrative means that I am trained to use different types of therapy depending on the clients’ issues and preferences.
How many sessions am I going to have?
The number of sessions is different for different clients and issues. I work both short-term and long-term. In the beginning of our therapy we can decide together how many sessions to start with and then review their number depending on your needs.
Oftentimes in order to capture your dreams, it will require you to chase your fears!
